Track Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

How to Track:

1. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for your dispatch confirmation.
2. Click the tracking link provided, or visit the carrier's tracking page and enter your tracking number.

Shipping Timeline:

• Processing & Shipping Time

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days (order verification, packing, and handover to the carrier)

  • Shipping time: Approximately 12 business days via air freight

  • Total delivery time: 15-17 business days from the date your order is placed

• Villa Chandeliers & Oversized Lighting

  Due to their size and production requirements, villa chandeliers and oversized lighting fixtures require approximately 12 business days for preparation and quality inspection before shipment. After dispatch, shipping generally takes 12–15 business days. The total estimated delivery time is therefore 24–27 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier performance.

• Large/bulk orders: may be shipped via sea freight.
