Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window:
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Must be unused and uninstalled.
  • Must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • Must be in the same condition as delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement—no need to return the original item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order lighting fixtures
  • Items that have been installed, used, altered, or damaged
  • Items without prior authorization or returned after 30 days

Return Process:

  1. Email david@seekylighting.com with order number, reason, and photos.
  2. Await confirmation within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back per our instructions. Return shipping costs are on the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Refunds processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Exchanges for different models/sizes available within 30 days, subject to availability.
