Return & Exchange Policy
Return Window:
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items:
- Must be unused and uninstalled.
- Must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Must be in the same condition as delivered.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement—no need to return the original item.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or made-to-order lighting fixtures
- Items that have been installed, used, altered, or damaged
- Items without prior authorization or returned after 30 days
Return Process:
- Email david@seekylighting.com with order number, reason, and photos.
- Await confirmation within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back per our instructions. Return shipping costs are on the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- Refunds processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Exchanges for different models/sizes available within 30 days, subject to availability.
