3. What are the shipping options and delivery times?

  • Processing & Shipping Time

    • Processing time: 3-5 business days (order verification, packing, and handover to the carrier)

    • Shipping time: Approximately 12 business days via air freight

    • Total delivery time: 15-17 business days from the date your order is placed

  • Large or bulk orders may be shipped via sea freight.
  • All products are shipped with sturdy wooden frames to ensure safe delivery.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. If you do not receive your tracking email within 3 business days, contact us.

5. What is your return & exchange policy?
